Yotel New York Hotel At Times Square West Guest Reviews
I've stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are geniously designed to conserve space but maintain efficiency and comfort. It's a little annoying to have to stop at one floor to get to the room ("cabin") elevators. But I do like the security feature of requiring the cardkey in the elevator to get past 4th Floor. The rooms are great. The one complaint is that there is no door on the shower. It's not getting over the privacy, it's that the water goes straight out the doorway into the toilet area and all over the floor. The bathmat is always soaked by the time I step out. I do enjoy the "wake up" and "settle down" variety of body washes, but if you could throw in a body lotion, that'd be great. The temperature can be easily controlled and is efficient and constant. But it can get rather arid with the central air (as most places can be with central air, but their system is so top notch, it does seem to be extra-dry). I love Yotel. FANTASTIC tapas-style restaurant and a beautiful outdoor deck area for in-season outdoor dining. Love the mix of people who come here too.

Very modern, very clean, very trendy. Me & my boyfriend are in our mid 20's, we loved the feel of this hotel, almost as if your in a night club. The room itself was small (which I was told to be expected in Manhatten) but also very clean. The set up of the room doesnt give you much privacy if your one of those people who might need your own space. The staff was very nice & attentive. The location was walking distance to Times Square and even 5th ave & Central park. And the discount the hotel had thru the parking garage was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends looking for a place in Manhatten.

Really nice hotel, only thing that let it down bad was that the toilet was right in the same room as the bedroom with no proper seperation, all it had was a glass shower between the bed and the toilet - not good for bathroom privacy:-( Only one public toilet in the hotel so we had to go to the 4th floor everytime we "had to go". Location ok but not such a great neighbourhood at night. Good hotel but we won't be back to it.

We visited NYC for two days and stayed at Yotel. Rooms or "cabins" are small but expertly designed to include everything you need plus heavenly organic soaps. Staff was outstanding and the hotel had an hour free-pour vodka party for guests. We will certainly stay there again. You can't beat the location for walking the city.

Rooms were perfectly designed, everything was exactly where you would want to find it. Although the rooms are smallish, it didn't feel crowded, great ambiance. Ate at DohYO twice (it was that good) and literally every item was cooked perfectly, Asian-fusion at its finest. Loved the whole "space" feel to the place, the front desk is "mission control", your room is your "cabin", etc. Funky and fresh. The club was pumpin' every night (stayed Thursday-Sunday), great electronic/techno music DJs.
