.Lovely hotel, full of charm, located in the main square, very near to the astrological clock The rooms were individually styled, on the large side and the in -room facilities good. The staff were very helpful and friendly - the receptionists were particularly helpful and well informed Breakfast was excellent quality.The terrace restaurant is worth a visit -the views are stunning . The only downside was, that because of the central location, it was noisy at night , mostly because of people in the Square but also the nightclub next door, although this appeared to close in at 12.30am. I would certainly recommend it to other travellers.

I had a memorable stay at this unique and popular hotel. Very ideally located. Great restaurant, centuries old ambiance, friendly and accomodating staff make this hotel highly recommended.

We knew the U Prince having eaten there on a previous visit to Prague so knew it was ideally located. Our rooms (Junior Suites) were excellent (although hot), there was plenty of space and the facilities in the room were v good. The Hotel breakfast, although adequate and OK, was not as good as other Prague hotels we have stayed in. The drinks in the bar were also priced high. We enjoyed an excellent new year's party at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone, with the one small reservation re breakfast. On a general note we found Prague relatively expensive this time.

The twin rooms are small as they are in the `attic', Housekeeping did not clean our room until 1500 hours and the food in the restaurant could be a little more varied. Having said that, we will stay there again as I travelled with my 83 year old mother and it is a very convenient location.
