Overall the hotel is really nice but demands money for small things like accessing business center, printing of maps or directions, valet parking etc. if you order anything at room 18% gratuity is added along with $3 delivery charges and taxes. Bar gets closed at 11:30 pm which is too early compared to Vegas standards. Some staff members have attitude problem too. I would suggest renting a car as it is bit away from the strip and shuttle service is just upto Ceaser Palace and Wynn. On the positive side it is a smoke free and casino free environment and I felt it's really a good hotel for family with kids.

smokefree, wholesome, noncasino atmosphere. Safe, clean, beautiful surroundings. Pool was wonderful outside even in cool weather. We will come back again.

الحمام جيد جدداً لكنالغرفه أثاثها قديم ومستهلك جداً طلبنا عشى بالغرفه كان سيء جداً وبعد ما خلصنا اتصلنا عليهم يشيلون الاكل طولوا اكثر من ساعه ولما نمنا طقوا الباب ما ردينا دشت علينا القرسونه تشيل الاكل يعني مافي خصوصيه ابد!!! بالاضافه ان الفندق في اللوبي تحت والكوفي تحت كله ناس صايعه واشكال مو ذاك الزود ابد بالمختصر المنطقه مو زينه ولا تنفع للعوائل ابد ولا انصح فيها .. انا نمت فيها ليله ولغيت حجزي وطلعت وخسرت وماهمتني الخساره لاني ما ارتحت في هالمنطقه منطقة الشياطين والقميره

The staff could not have been nicer, no matter the time of day or night. It was easy to reach without driving on the strip and just across the street from the fashion mall, where we could get our starbucks in the morning. It felt like a bit of normalcy after we had our fill of the casino noise. Definitely plan to stay again.

This is a great destination for those that want all the best Las Vegas has to offer but that may want to get away from all that excitment at times during their stay. You can have a lovely room with great amenities and service without the constant din of activity that some of the larger resorts on or near the strip have. The service is good because you are a valued guest, not because the staff wants you to spend more in their casino, there isn't one on-site. Have your fun just a short walk to the heart of the strip and return to your own private santuary when you are in need of a break.
