Basic, but everything worked and was clean and in good repair. I would suggest an upgrade of the self-catering facilities - the stove-top in my room was very old and didn't get very hot, and there were no cutting boards and no knives. Everything else was fine, and good value for the money.

We only stayed one night. Everything was good and especially the staff/reception was very friendly and helpful. The pool there is good however, we didn't have time to enjoy any facilities. No complaints. However, I can see that in peak season there will probably not be enough parking for the cars at the back.

Lack of cleaning staff - room wasn't serviced every day as stated. Grounds not well maintained - pot plants dying through lack of water, pots damaged and not replaced, palm fronds lay on main entrance way for several days without being cleared away

The room we were in had no window. The glass sliding entrance door had difficulty locking & caused some distress ( we stayed for one week). One receptionist was helpful - the other indifferent. The electric plug-in hotplates (it was advertised as a kitchenette) worked but the hotplate substance was disintegrating. The small bar fridge didn't , in my view, qualify for a kitchenette status. Cleaning staff were both helpful & polite.
