Location cannot get much better (Marble Arch on Oxford Street). Hotel gives the impression it is a really nice 4star venue, but once you get in the room it seems pretty average (would expect the same from the Holiday Inn). Unless you really want the location or get a good deal (50% +) then I would go somewhere a little farther out where you will get the same for less.

Some people may find it fascinating, we didn't. Location is very central. The room was quieter but dirtier than expected

I stayed at this hotel while on business and found it to be conveniently located for all my business meetings, surrounded by all the necessary amenities and the service was very good.

The Cumberland hotel has a great location both for touristic attractions and shopping. Our room was very comfortable and all kinds of service such as concierge, house keeping, reception were superior. I would definetly recommend it to my friends and stay there next time I visit London.

We had a fabulous time in London and this hotel is comfortable, very clean, and in an ideal location. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.
