My friend and i were stuck in the lift, we are the only people contacting the lift maintaince company, the hotel just sent a staff telling us the lift company is coming, no people waiting outside, as there is no mobile signal in the lift, we asked a refund, the front desk people said he will report to the manager and get back to us soon. we received the manager's apologize letter after 11 days, then they think they did everything they can. How bad is the customer service?Never ever will go that hotel again, really sucks.

We stayed here twice during our time in New Zealand. We enjoyed the hotel both times. It's in a great location - right near the Sky Tower.

Nice clean room, friendly staff and very convenience as the hotel is in the heart of the city right nest to Sky City.
