Everything was beyond my expectation. Only had one minor unpleasant incident at the Warisan cafe during my breakfast buffet. One new staff did not performed her job well and I was a bit disappointed. My hubby alerted the cafe Manager and the staff was counselled stat. On the whole we enjoy our stay in this hotel and will definitely come back and look out for Rates to Go to manage my booking.

The hotel is grand and large. The room is clean and big. The toilet and the bathroom is clean and comfortable, but there is not enough towels in the bathroom. The pillow is not so comfortable. Some of the staff is lack of smile. The check-in time is not so fast. There is no toilet paper in the lobby's washroom.

This hotel is a delight to stay in. It is a short walk to the Bintang Walk so great for shoppping etc but in a very quiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that when the hotel was full there was a line to get seats for the buffett breakfast. Fortunately this was not long.

I would recommend this hotel to all those travellers wanting value for money. Our twin room was large and clean. Service was prompt and all very willing to help. Location is excellent and a walk away from the Patronas towers and close to the Pavillion for shopping. We stayed at the Grand Millenium before which was also good but this hotel is more grand and located behind the Pavillion so in a quiter location. I will returning to this hotel to stayer longer and use the pool, gym and day spa which looked amazing.

My families stay here was wonderful. The only critisism would be having to pay cash at the pool bar we would have preferred to have been able to charge to our room. Will definitely return next time in KL.
