The Hotel has no big comforts and luxuries, simple old rooms, whit not safe, have not own garage, and the valetparking cost is very high Located in an unattractive zone many homeless in the streets aroud the Hotel. Definitely would not return there.

It's a pretty nice hotel due to its price. It is just near to Union Square. It's very convenient to go out.

Downtown, but in the most run down part of the area. surrounding unsafe. While the inside is fairly clean, the outside is not attractive, rather repulsive. entrance to Room very tight. Too much outside noise during the night which does not allow you to sleep. The old water heater is very noise and keep you awake until at least 1 am. Not worthy the money.

I was satisfied with the room. Nothing fancy, but clean. Bed was comfortable. It's not in a very nice area. I didn't feel unsafe, but many homeless people around that part of town. It was a bit noisy a couple of the nights I stayed there, with people shouting and construction equipment making noise at 4:00 a.m. I would stay there again if traveling alone (as I was this time). But maybe not if I'm trying to take my wife for a memorably good experience.

Hotel is in the Tenderloin area which is not so tender. Lots of homeless and drug addicts but at the end we still felt safer than on the east coast. We picked the hotel for it's price and proximity to the bart station which is 1 minute away. Our room was a bit hot. There is no A/C but a big fan is provided in the room. Parking is on Jones St behind the hotel for $15 overnight rate. California Bakery right next to the entrance on the corner is good.
