Location
Ramada Resort Port Douglas is surrounded by Melaleuca rainforest featuring free flowing waterways and delightful lily ponds. Ramada Resort Port Douglas is located 60 kilometres North of Cairns along the scenic Captain Cook Highway.
Rooms
The 222 superior and deluxe hotel rooms are themed with natural colours inspired from the rainforest to compliment the sense of tropical serenity that abounds throughout the resort. All rooms feature air conditioning, flat screen TV and wireless Internet access.
Restaurant
Tropical breakfasts and tempting lunches are served at Ramada Resort Port Douglas on-site restaurant, the Tree Bar and Grill along with candle lit a la carte dinning in the evening around the resorts lagoon pool and waterfall. In addition, the Cockatoo Lounge and bar are an ideal place to relax and enjoy favourite drinks.
General
Guest staying at Ramada Resort Port Douglas can workout in the gym, swim in the lagoon style swimming pool and even make use of the resorts many conference venues. They can also indulge and rejuvenate at Treetops Life Spa, where a selection of treatments, massages and facials are available to relax and refresh.
Additional Information
- NOTICE: The hotel will begin some interior refurbishment works within the resort from the 5th December 2011 and be completed by May 2012. There will be no works between Friday 23/12/11 and Sunday 8/1/12. The work will be completing one accommodation block at a time to minimize the interference with all guests and any excess noise will occur between 9am and 4pm. We will be working hard to ensure minimal disruption to all guests.

A good,clean hotel in very pleasant surroundings and within walking distance of Four Mile Beach. Restaurant meals were of a high quality and the staff were polite and helpful.Plenty of off street parking.

This was an excellent hotel and would definitely stay here again if we ever visited Port Douglas again. We had interconnecting rooms and the rooms were very comfortable. spacious and clean We arrived late on our first night and ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel has a great salt water pool and very comfortable sun loungers. The reception staff were very friendly and organised trips to Barrier Reef and Rain Forest.

Mercure treetops resort and spa took my breath away. The food was fantastic. I love the setting, the way the dining area was built amongst the trees looking out to the beautiful pool. so romantic and peaceful. Fantastic and friendly service. Thank you so much and we cant wait to come again. I recommend this resort to everybody.

Rooms were great after it was aired out , very stuffy as closed up on arrival . Once aired rookm was great , very clean . Location a little bit away from main beaches and main shopping area etc but a 3 min drive wasnt an issue . 1 tip - If drinking out late there are no CABS ... Long walk back .
