We did not use the pool this time, and the food was what we would have liked but other then that every thing was good. We would stay there again, if and when we get back to Honolulu, thank you

when we checked in after I had paid extra for queen size bed we were given a closet size room with 2 twin beds. I went down and asked to be changed into the room I had reserved which they did, but the new room had a leaking toilet and a full size bed. We decided to go ahead and stay in that room our mistake. The air conditioner was SO loud and the small bed did not work. Next morning we asked to be moved again and we finally got a room that was worth while staying in.

Could not accomedate my needs, the ramp to the reaturant was not working for my wheelchair, had to go out for dinner

Our room was small and extremely noisy. On the backside over the back entrance andf heard trucks unloading etc at extremely early hours. Lack of vending and Ice machines on floor. Room had a musty odor and carpet by doorway was damp. Was to be dried out but never happened. No complimentary breakfast ticket for a 5-day stay. Food at buffet was excellent.
