Staff really helpful & hospitable. Also great breakfast It is a a fair distance from central train station but there are buses to there if you know them. A great place to stay

Attractively decorated inside and out with delightful, peaceful courtyard garden to sit in. Very courteous staff (who spoke English well) with advice on what to see, where to eat and travel facilities. A hotel of distinction and charm. Good restaurant 50m away in same street.

A kind clean hotel with good service and friendly staff. Good standard of decor. Included buffet breakfast which was high standard with plenty of options. Restaurant nearby. I considered The hotel to be an integral part of a good holiday experience.

This was a gem of a small hotel - beautifully decorated, very clean, and with extremely helpful staff. I look forward to visiting it again on my next trip to Bologna.
