Third time I have stayed here for work. Everything good.

I normally don’t write reviews for hotels but this place is literally a 'dump'. The room was small and very outdated with a musty odour permeating throughout. Paint was pealing from the ceilings and there was a large cigarette burn on the carpet beside the bed despite the room being designated as ‘Non smoking’. One wall was painted bright scarlet which almost had me throwing up. Worst of all, the mattress was so soft that sitting or laying down created a large dip in the mattress. There is also no restaurant on site despite the large outside florescent sign indicating otherwise. The $15 charged for a continental breakfast that is brought to your room the night before is not good value especially when the bread for the toast is stale. (The Best Western motel around the corner offers a fully cooked breakfast for only $17). The only good thing I can say about the Parkway motel is the proprietors are nice and courteous. I definitely would not be staying here again!

I travel for work and have stayed here a few times, location is perfect for my work, price is perfect for work. Its nothing flashy but definately does the job, always clean and tidy and staff friendly. Will continue to stay here for work purposes.

The room quality in unit 31 was exceptionally poor. desperate need for refurbishment. Letter of complaint was sent, by e-mail, to Hotel Club 30/10/2011. Never agin!
