Park Inn Hotel Glasgow City Centre Guest Reviews
A nice hotel but a little sterile in atmosphere. Restaurant menu is limited but of good quality. There would be a need to venture out into the City if a stay of longer than two or three nights was involved...but perhaps that is no bad thing. Only downside is the charging of guests - from the room index at least for wi-fi connection

Most rude staff in the world, awful customer service! The receptionist didn't even say hello or thanks when we drop our keys to chek out! Really dirty rooms, really poor security controls at the entrance (the receptionist was so busy reading a book, that she didn't notice when we came back after dinner, after shouting "good night" a couple of time, she aknowledge our presence barely moving her head!). Really bad experince, don't go there!

We were visiting Glasgow for only three nights and found this hotel to be the best location within the city. It was next to the Buchanan Bus Station which allowed easy access around the city. Also, it was directly across the street from the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall which was wonderful to visit. The Hotel had everything we needed, however the room we had faced the uninteresting car park, was small and because the window did not open, gave it a very claustrophobic feel. Breakfast was very pricey at £12 per head. Despite this, we would consider staying there again, because of the location.
