Park Inn Heathrow Guest Reviews
booked 2 non smoking rooms and received 2 smoking rooms. asked if they could spray the room too kill the smell and they said yes, waited ages rang them up asked again still nothing happen. seemed they werent interested. no free wifi 15 pounds to use the internet. meal and beer prices were reasonable. if i stayed there again i would ask the receptionist if the room was a non smoking room before i accepted it. good size rooms.

The Park Inn is located close and accessible to Heathrow but not to much else. It's a tired building with tired staff and I wouldn't stay there again.

The only aspect of this hotel that would encourage one to stay is its location close to Heathrow. We stayed there twice last month, going in and out of the UK, and on both occasions experienced problems with service.
