Great hotel for our family of four. Large apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen with everything you need.

Friendly staff with very good service. Occasionally understaffed on the front desk but usually no problems. Apartment a lovely size but could do with re-decoration especially the bathrooms. Towels were quite worn too. Did not always service the room or started and then seemed to have got called elsewhere and did not come back as we could see cleaning had begun but not completed. Hotel food very reasonably priced. Wine was expensive but no doubt the same in all hotels. An annoying drone was heard from the airconditioning unit outside the apartment but apart from this it was a very quiet stay. Taxis were readily available outside hotel - very reasonably priced and easiest way to get around. Breakfast (included in the cost of the apartment) was excellent. Plenty of choice and very good quality food. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We had one dinner in the hotel which was a 'wine buffet'. The food was excellent and there was lots of choice. Would stay again.

Value for money! Nice big 2-room apartment . Polite and very friendly staff. However, just like to feedback that - 1) a little inconvenient to walk fr the apt to the hotel as there is not "connector passage" to the hotel. 2) The sealant of bath tub screen has worn out as such the toilet gets wet when one took a shower. 3) The buffet breakfast spread was rather limited.

Between Airport & CBD with some free shuttles to & fro. Staff could not do enough to help; our two bedroom apt. was bigger than my first house, at an outstanding price! Very clean & spacious, we would definately stay tere again without hesitation.
