The room size is small. And the facilites are quite old. The breakfast is good, and there is free wifi in the room.

the hotel offers inclusive breakfast which goes beyond that expected in a hotel in this price band. also it is located within walking distance of the tram system which takes you anywhere within Nice for 1 euro.
