We spent a very nice four days at the hotel with a three year old. Ideal for families with children. Pool for children, playground and kids club.Stuff is very helpful and friendly. However, the travel agent girl at the hotel charged us very pricely. Just be careful with that. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable holiday there.

Cleaniness is not good for a 4-star ranking. Our linens had a hole in the bed easily spotted from the distance. The shower showed stains and usage and not properly maintained. Our toliet was not working from the moment we arrived to the room and we had to call twice for maintenance. Another guest explained she experienced the same problems. The reception after hours is scary. One person alone for the whole hotel, in plastic chair behind the main desk with an old-type fan blowing air to his back. He barely spoke english. We arrived at 11:40PM to see this was rather shocking! Design is cheap wherever you look around. No attention to details. When you walk to the rooms, you can see the back stage of the hotel where storage spaces are fully exposed with broken things, furniture, bulbs, everything. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Having been to Bangkok, Phuket and Phi Phi islands I can tell the star-ranking system does not apply in the same way to european/american standards.

The service was great. The ladies who checked us in and out were lovely. The grounds and pools are lovely. The rooms are nice and were clean. The breakfast was ok. The location was good. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, 5 min walk to beach. Beach is beautiful!Be sure to get a chair voucher from reception to save paying for one. Nice, large, quiet rooms. Breakfast is nothing special but fills the gap. Pools are lovely, so was the room. Very family / kid friendly with kids pools and playgrounds.
