Good Location, Comfortable but had to change rooms as the one reserved for us had no Air Con and was fronting the road so could not open windows as noisy. Staff reset the Air Con but then it rattled. Their reaction was "put up with it, or we can change you to another room", poor attitude and felt they only gave us the first room as we booked through the club, other room was much better though as much higher. Best if you specify rooms above the 10th floor due to street noise though.

Every thing was easy and straight forward at check-in and the room was spotless and airy. Bed comfortable, no road noise, so good nights sleep. Didn't use restaurant but everything you want is within walking distance. Nice to have the car taken care of with no worries about parking etc. Very helpful and friendly staff

It was a good experience from checking in to checking out. The only suggestion is that the "Happy Hour" starts at 5.30 and runs to 7.30pm. It was almost over before I got in from work!

This hotel was in a great location - east walking distance to the water and lots of restaurants, etc. We were surprised with the extra charge for using a credit card to pay.
