Hotel Avanshell Kyoto Guest Reviews
Reception staff patchy in quality of service provided - some are truly outstanding while others clearly require more training. Shuttle bus service from hotel to and from Kyoto Station, and willingness to drop passengers off at locations along the way is very helpful. Internet cafe was out of order, which was a bit disappointing, though free internet connection is available in room. I'd recommend this hotel overall.

This is a great hotel if you want a quiet place to stay. The hotel shuttle is a nice way to get to the city but is every hour and half, which makes it very time consuming.
