I had stayed quite many days vereything was excellent including the staff and the service (breakfast and room) The hotel itself is just 10 min from Newcastle Centre with taxi and there is a great Shopping Centre just 10 min walk

Excellent value for money. Evening meals are no available but there is a great restaurant/pub very close. Well appointed rooms and great value for money make this property a great place to stay.

comfortable room. But there appeared to be alot of hen and stag parties staying here maybe this was why the fire alarm went off at 3.50am?

the service was great. all of the employees were friendly and helpful :) i had a wondeful stay and would definately book with them again.
