Inconsistency between instructions in room and the telephone system resulted in a number of treks to reception to get the in-house movies working on the TV. Small point but annoying and indicates a lack of attention to detail.

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn't on Par with other Hilton Hotels which we have stayed inn Location was very good with adequate parking facilities and lots of places to eat very close by.

Receptionist argued that room had not been prepaid and put the emphais on me to prove that it had been. However, the next day a different receptionist who was extremely helpful. No wif-fi in room, and expensive to use in hotel. Heating in room not efficient. Would only use again with special deal.

this hotel a bit far from city centre..but there are 24 hrs public transport to this hotel..it cannot be reach by underground..but overground. journey takes abt 50 mins from victoria station. Is consider clean for the price of 47 pounds a night. room carpet is old and stained.

I checked in to the Hilton Croydon and went to my room, there was substantial mould on the ceiling, stained carpets, somehow traces of blood on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet was leaking and had water collected beneath it. Management ended up moving me to another room as the sheets in the room I had been put in were not cleaned and contained pubic hairs from the previous occupant, as I discovered when lifting the covers when I was ready to retire on my first night. Definitely would Not recommend this hotel to Anyone.
