Grainger Hotel Newcastle Upon Tyne Guest Reviews
I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the room as there were still bar soaps and shower gel in the shower from previous customers. The staff were quite friendly when we got there but when we asked for directions to the hotel we were told to 'move forward'. We were not really anywhere near the hotel so this information was not exactly helpful. The price was a lot as it felt like a hostel not a hotel.

hotel is being decorated rooms are refurbished still smelling of fresh paint, alittle strong at night. Staff freindly and helpfull. Breakfast very basic cont., would have been nice to have say boild eggs or cooked meats. Would stay again for over night stop. Parking is secure costing £5 per night.
