Good hotel not too far from the Old Town. Basic facilities with respect to spa but hotel staff made good recommendations of where to go. Plent to do around the hotel for drinks and food. Would stay again.

A hotel with real character in a brilliant location. We were delighted with our choice, which was good value for money. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends. We also had our best meal in Krakow in the hotel.

This was a very cute hotel the staff were friendly and spoke english. The room was very small but we were only there for 1 night so it was OK the only problem was the matress on the bed was a bit thin - not too good if you have a bad back, breakfast was a bit ordinary. They do have smoking rooms - can be a bit hard to find sometimes.

Nice and cosy hotel and a very good location in the interesting Kasimierz-quorters! Hotels staff were very helpful and polite. Pleasent staying!

Nice small-scale hotel. Staff speak excellent English and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Comfortable room, with all you could need. CNN on TV.
