What a great hotel with a touch of luxury. Friendly reception staff. The room was a little warm though. Immaculate room and really great breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel if in the area again. Fantastic!!

Stayed 2 nights in a club room. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Club lounge offered complimentary continental breakfast and free use of a internet connected computer. Watch out for the parking charges in the car park below the hotel. Overnight parking fee cost about 13-14 pounds.

Since our last visit there has been a major overall- utter luxury now! The room was gorgeous. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast now only £8 per person- and well worth it. Excellent location for NIA.

The hotel is close to all central places worth a visit (NIA, Bullring, Broad Street etc.). Our room was very nice and the staff were helpful.
