From the moment we entered our KING LUXE room the experience was near perfect! Only downside was the bathroom not very private for a first date ! As well the floor in the walk in shower was so slippery lucky we were young and agile if we were old there could be a problem nothing to grab on your way to the ground! Bed was so cosy and room was quiet we were in 2452 could have slept all dark nice and dark! Overhaul i recommend it a great stay .

We stayed for one night as a getaway without the kids. The hotel is modern,relaxed and in a great location. The king luxe room was spacious,modern decor and well set out. The view of the car park not much to get excited about so would be worth requesting a river view. I highly recommend the excellent pool,gym which is outstanding. We will return again at the next opportunity!

Room was great. Breakfast was a little disappointing for this calibre hotel. Had poached eggs however these was no holandaise sauce or muffins. Also omelets were not available.

I only spent one night here, so I didnt get to use all the facilities, however the rooms were spacious and very clean. Room service was very good and very prompt. I didnt have a car so I thought it was a bit far away from the city centre to fully enjoy the shopping. Overall would highly recommend a visit. I would certainly stay again.

We really did enjoy our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were quite modern and spacious. There were only a couple of little points that we found made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The bed was very hard and they had feather pillows. Being an Asthmatic feathers do not go down well, and we personally find them to be inflexable when sleeping on. Also the Champagne that we were expecting did not arrive untill we were about to leave for dinner. The room did get a bit hot during the night even though we had the thermostat on quite low ie. they turn it off at a certain time during the night to save costs. Other than that it was great. Really close to the Casino. The directions back to the Hotel from the Casino or other Hotels was not very clear or missing. Room service was quick and very pleasant.
