the room was small but it had everything we needed. comfortable bed. Good to have pots & pans and kitchen utensils althou the cooking area is very small and it requires some juggiing. A larger table near the bench would be a help. Good value for the price we paid.

Christchurch Motel is situated in a great part of Auckland. Shops across the road, if you have a car, a big shopping centre, Westfields, is 5 minuts away. Restaurants galore close by. Management are excellent, will go out of their way to help. Highly rocomended.

The staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was extremely tired and run down. Decor & feel of rooms was reminiscent of a 70's dormitory. Definitely overpriced and the star rating should be reviewed.

This hotel is not 4 star quality in our opinion. There was no internet available. The decor was extremely tired. Shower lining pealing. Tissue holder hanging half off wall. No pictures just an empty hook where presumably there once was one. Extreme road noise which loose fitting windows didn't help to shut out. We were disappointed as were expecting something much nicer for our weekend away in four star accommodation.
