Room was very nice. Small by American standards. Didn't like the change elevators to get to other bldg. A little overpriced. Bar and lounge small.

Excellent location, especially for the theatres. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very well presented and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff could not help enough, the rooms were gorgeous and the hallways, staircases and all public rooms were absolutely beautiful lit at night by candles. I would jump at the chance to stay there again. Nothing I can complain about at all.

I have now stayed at this hotel on two occasions and due to its excellent value for money in all respects, (I reserved via the internet which was a lot cheaper) I will make a point of booking this hotel again during my next visit to London.
