The service from staff was great, they were all very attentive. The resaurant (The Conservatory), was lovely and the food and service were excellent. We stayed one night and I paid for the endulgence package, which included a cheese and fruit platter and champagne on arrival, complimentry bath pack for the spa, free slippers and very nice bathrobes,(not complimentry). The room was clean and tidy, as was the rather large bathroom and spa. My complaints were that the platter was a bit stingy, and the tv was not a flatscreen, nor was it in a good position to watch from the bed. The bed was comfy enough for one night, but too soft for more than that. The coffee at breakfast was cold, but the meal it'self was wonderful,(we had breaky in our room). All in all I would definately stay again, but probably wouldn't pay the extra for the endulgence pack again.

We were very impressed with the hotel and the size of our room. The exterior decor of the hotel does not do the hotel justice, the interior is stunning and looks like a completely different building.
