Staff could not have been more helpful, we used the hotel as a 'pit stop' for our trip into central london and was ideal. Good area, close to both tube and bus station..

Excellent service rooms very clean had inital problem with fIrst room(air conditioning unit on roof) a bit noisey got moved no trouble at all Breakfast very good excellent choice (had the fish) and very attentive waitress's need to stay near wembly then this I would recommend Will stay again in the future

Condition of carpet on rear passage way does a great injustice to rest of hotel

Excellent location in the centre of Harrow, which is by itself nice place with almost every shopping store as in Oxford street in circle of max. 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It takes aprox. 1 hour by bus 140 from Heathrow airport to the hotel; and 1 hour by tube from Harrow to the centre of London (e.g. Piccadilly).

A good location and friendly service made this good value. A reasonable room rate only included continental breakfast which was a little parsimonious. I would consider staying here again.
