Bellevue Guest House Edinburgh Guest Reviews
Wonderful little place to stay at and very friendly hosts. Rooms were comfortable and clean, if a little bit small. More central than we expected high recommendations from both me and my girlfriend. Many thanks to the mr and mrs who took so good care of us and proved that you can get a decent breakfast in Scotland as well =)

We stayed for one night at the Bellevue Guest House in Edinburgh in January 2010. We were arriving at night in Edinburgh so we had picked this Guest House because it said it had parking. We arrived and there were only 2 parking spots and they were taken. Luckily the owner, Sam, arranged for us to park up the road at his friends guest house because his friend had room. We don't know what we would have done with our car otherwise. Our room was massive, it had two double beds and a single in it. The doubles were made up but the single wasn't. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The breakfast was fine, toast, juice and cereal. The house was pretty old and we didn't feel very comfortable there. The guest house was a 15 minute bus ride from the center of the city, but there was a bus stop right out the front which was good. If we go to Edinburgh again we would stay in a hotel rather than a guest house.
