Very friendly staff. Excellent free shuttle service. Tidy room. SKY TV. Very nice overall. If you plan to go to town, will be a bit expensive. Otherwise as transit place - no problem.

We booked this hotel for our arrival to Auckland because it had free airport transfers and it was that good we booked it for our departure. The main features are breakfast included which was cereal,fruit,yogurt,toast and muffins and juice and coffee. They have a pool and spa, fittness centre and a bar/cafe area.Some of the local restraunts will pick you up and drop you of free. The rooms are quite and very clean and the staff very helpful. We would highly recommend.

For a one night stopover this hotel is the perfect place, great airport pickup and drop off, friendly staff, good food,the only down side for us was the bed was toooo soft, would recommend .
