Location

Travelled with 2 kids and 2 senior on Christmas. We checked in also in-time ( 3:30 pm). Could not get nonsmoking rooms and 2 queen beds in spite of requesting it 1 week before. Mostly hotels offers upgrade if they cannot offer the promised one. Blankets were old / not good. Heating system and thermostats are old ( one room it did not work ) Casino /even main lobby is full of smoke than average. Rooms were spacious. Carpets were dirty. Beds were good. TVs were OLD. Even they don't charge resort fee, but internet is offered at 13.95 / per day. They offer booklet with 2 for -1 jubilee show coupon. In brief , you can get better hotel in less price if you don’t want hotel in the middle of the strip.

The Deluxe room was excellent and spacious. With 450sq ft they could have made the bath a little bigger to have a seperate shower. The biggest complaint I had was they charge $3.00/day to use the safe in the room. A casino resort hotel that wants you to bring $$$$'s to gamble and then does not provide basic security in your room is not thinking of their customers. I complained strongly to the front desk manager and she removed the charge, and agreed that the charge should not be there. The coupon book they give you after signing up for their Rewards Card was useful and did save us money on dining.

Good service, great location, surprisingly spacious rooms, but certainly in need of a facelift. Good value for the money we paid.

staff was brusque but not impolite. casino was rather plain and not nearly as well appointed as some other casinos we visited. the room was clean but definately showed its age and the showerhead was partially clogged and the water never really got hot. all that said, the location was great and overall the stay was pleasant. this was our first time in vegas and we will certainly come back, but probably stay at a different hotel the next time
