Australis Sovereign Hotel Surfers Paradise Guest Reviews
Good location, however the hotel was so disappointing. The room that we were given had filthy carpets with burned iron marks all over in one of the room. We had to use jandals everywhere in the rooms The bathroom had a strange unpleasant odour.The drawers in the kitchenette were dirty and we couldnt use the supplied kettle due to its state. The beddings has stains and the couch again looked dirty. The bed was not the most comfortable. The hotel did have cheaper internet facilities and offered printing facilities which is good. Overall highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Pleasantly surprised - conveniently located close but not too close to hustle and bustle of Surfers. Only setback is wall in bedroom is next to the bathroom of the next room.

Front reception staff, and facilities were outstanding, can't fault anything about the stay and will be staying there as my preferred destination for all my future business trips.
