Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa Dubai Guest Reviews
The hotel has a good location, it is close enough to the historical places in Dubai, including Dubai museum. However since there are many other excellent hotels (though these are a bit more expensive) in Dubai, unless I would like to stay long around these historical area, I would prefer to stay more luxury hotels, for examples, at near Dubai mall.

only minor complaint was wi-fi coverage was poor, other than that great hotel, great staff.

A short walk from the Dubai Museum, the old Souk, the Bastaskyia neighborhood and the sari-shops of Meena Bazaar in Bur Dubai, the location of the Arabian Courtyard hotel can't be beaten. We were, however, expecting the advertized 4-star hotel, which the amenities didn't really live up to. The pool area is small, the pool itself tiny and consequently very warm; and the public areas feel cramped. The gym, which we used a lot, was ok but the weights machines were aging and a bit risky to use! The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed, although consistent minor errors (e.g. only providing 1 bathrobe for a 2 person room) took the sheen off the professionalism. Staff were friendly and courteous, but the whole thing had an air of being done "on the fly" -- for instance my booking information had the wrong middle name, indicated I was from the UK (I'm Australian and had made the booking from the USA) and had several other minor errors that didn't fill me with confidence. However, the stay overall was comfortable and friendly, and the location was terrific for those looking to explore the historical quarter of Dubai.

Loved the location in Old Dubai near the Creek and Soukhs. I had to wait to be able to check in as they were full and they did try to give me a twin room (which I refused to accept) - when I got it, I had a lovely room facing the Museum. Hotel restaurants were reasonable though I did send back a burger at the pool. Generally all were friendly and the shuttle to the beach was a bonus. I will go back there.

Clean & big room. Friendly staff. Walking distance to abra dock, Bastakiya Quarters and Al Ghubabiba bus station. Near shops to buy Timberland & Skechers at good discounts. Good hotel to stay in if you want to do some shopping for shoes, cross the creek, explore old Dubai and to go to Abu Dhabi.
