They advertise foxtel they don't have! When we filled the spa and the room got very humid the air con didn't work, I phoned reception and a serviceman came to our room and told us he'd be back to fix it. An hour and a half later I walked down to Reception and was told that they were not going to do anything about it. I asked why we had not been told and got shrugged at! Very unprofessional! The saving grace was the great breakfast and the lovely service we received there.

Stayed at this venue approx 5 years ago and had a great stay unfortunately nothing has been done to the property since then.Rooms are very shabby and dated.The outside of verandah and balconies could do with a serious spruce up. Reception Staff were very rude and curt with none of them having name tags to identify themselves. We stayed in a spa queen ocean view, which came complete with a wedding in the garden and music being played in the Pergola from early hours Saturday morning until the wedding, we received no notification that this would be happening.

Whilst the location is great for this accommodation the facility requires to be overhauled as rooms have small bathroom difficult to move around, no ventilation so bathroom steams up very quickly. Air conditioning old and rooms smell musty. Food was great and service good.
