Great staff, were sooo helpful, we really enjoyed our stay, a little off the beaten track, Dunube is 25 yards away, city center 15/20 mins by car, however, a good peaceful location and great food. Big rooms.

Generally the hotel has a very good , friendly ambience..the people are nice..but it isn't clearly explained on the menu what you have to pay for..everything has to be ordered seperately except for a few dishes ..it can become confusing when paying the bill...If you pay cash in the restaurant they put on a service charge , if you charge to the room there is none ?? little confusing.. But the staff speak around 4 different languages and are very confident..
