the staff and the room were nice. great location. But the major problem is no privacy there....the curtain cannot block the view as the blind windows were so bad!!!

This was a quiet and nice relaxing hotel. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is well kept, and is very reasonably price in a very good location. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff in this hotel are wonderful ,I had a lot of luggage and it was "don,t worry we will deal with it " so gracious .

Really nice place to stay. I was able to check out late which was really helpful. Reception staff were fantastic and couldn't have been any more polite and pleasant. Cafe in the hotel was exceptional and again, first class service from staff there. If it wasn't quite so expensive - I'd be staying here every time I was in Melbourne which be very regular!
